Second chances in Dubai Open.

Dalila's run at Dubai started in the Qualification rounds with a victory over Chloe Paquet by 7-6, 6-3. In the final round she lost to Jennifer Brady 0-6, 3-6; despite this after the withdrawal of Camila Giorgi, Dalila got the "lucky loser" spot in the singles MD.

In her second chance, Dalila got herself a win in three sets by 1-6, 6-1, 6-2 to set a match up vs two time slam champion Angelique Kerber. Dalila's first match against a top 10 player was vs the German, she had a 5-1 lead but experience won and  Kerber took the match by 7-6, 6-3.

For a first time Dalila played very good and troubled so much the two time Grand Slam champion, next tournament for Dalila wil be Abierto Telcel in México.
